This Agreement covers your rights and responsibilities concerning your accounts and the rights and responsibilities of the Credit Union providing this Agreement.

The Electronic Fund Transfer Act was signed into legislation in 1978 to establish the rights and liabilities of consumers as well as the responsibilities of all participants in electronic funds transfer activities. The act is commonly referred to as “Regulation E” and is governed by the Federal Reserve Board. Please review carefully, as your rights and responsibilities are outlined herein.
 
Also known as Regulation DD, Truth in Savings is a federal law that requires banks to provide consumers with clear and accurate information about deposit accounts

Regulation D is a federal rule regulating how banks and credit unions manage your savings deposits. Until April 24, 2020, the Federal Reserve’s regulation limited the number of withdrawals you could make from a “savings deposit” account, which included both savings accounts and money market accounts.
